DISPATCH - DELIVERY - TRACKING
Orders will normally be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. This may increase slightly during busy periods such as Black Friday & Christmas when dispatch may take up to 4 days.
Delivery of your order will normally be within 1-2 working days from dispatch date. During the busier periods such as Christmas, delivery times will increase.

For orders over €80 – Free Postage
For orders under €80 - €6.50
RETURNS OF ONLINE ORDERS
- Online orders can be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase.
- Returns are at the customers expense.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the goods are received in-store.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged in any way. Products must be in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear. Additionally, we do not accept returns of gift cards.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We usually process refunds within 24 hours or receiving the goods, however ypu should allow upto 10 working days to allow for refund to be cleared by your bank.
Faulty Items
All goods are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. If you deem your item faulty please contact us immediately. Please note that for return of faulty items:
You are required to post the faulty item back to us.
Once the goods are received, our team will conduct a thorough investigation.
We will advise you of the outcome of the investigation to you without delay.
If the goods are deemed faulty, we will reimburse you for associated postage costs.
DELAYED REFUND
If you have not received your refund after 10 working days please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@brianjames.ie
EXCHANGES OF ONLINE PURCHASES
An exchange of goods for another size or item cannot be carried out online.
If you wish to purchase a different size, colour, style etc, you must place a new order for same online.
Return the goods originally purchased and your refund will be processed promptly once the returned goods are received instore.
