CHRISTMAS GIFTING
We’ve extended our returns for Christmas gifting! You now have until Sunday, 11th January 2026 to return your items.

Below you will find all the information you need about returning or exchanging items purchased from Brian James. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us — our team will be happy to help.


RETURNS OF ONLINE ORDERS - REPUBLIC OF IRELAND


Online orders can be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the goods are received in-store.

Option 1. Return An Online Order Free of Charge Via An Post 

  • STEP ONE: Fill out the Returns Form included with your order and enclose it with your products. 
  • STEP TWO: Go to https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns and follow the instructions on how to return your item(s). Under the Retailer selection box, please select BRIAN JAMES, add you reason for return and insert your Order Number.
  • STEP THREE: You will have the option to either print a returns label or schedule a pickup where the label will be provided by An Post upon collection. 

If you wish to send goods with another delivery service at your own cost, return to Brian James Menswear, 9-10 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93W2NH

Please note we reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged in any way. Products must be in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns  of underwear. Additionally, we do not accept returns of gift cards.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We usually process refunds within 24 hours of receiving the goods, however you should allow upto 5-10 working days to allow for refund to be cleared by your bank.

FAULTY ITEMS
All goods are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. If you deem your item faulty please contact us immediately. Please note that for return of faulty items:
You are required to post the faulty item back to us. Once the goods are received, our team will conduct a thorough investigation. We will advise you of the outcome of the investigation to you without delay. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will reimburse you for associated postage costs.

DELAYED REFUND
If you have not received your refund after 10 working days please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@brianjames.ie

EXCHANGES OF ONLINE PURCHASES
An exchange of goods for another size or item cannot be carried out online. If you wish to purchase a different size, colour, style etc, you must place a new order for same online. Return the goods originally purchased and your refund will be processed promptly once the returned goods are received instore.
